Pinewood Road Association Secures Grant for Green Mountain Drive
We're thrilled to announce some fantastic news for the community! The Pinewood Road Association (PRA) has successfully secured a $9,500 grant from the Larimer County Office of Emergency Management to bolster wildfire mitigation efforts within our community. 2 Free Slash Drop-Off Days April 6 & 13
The Pinewood Lake Wildfire Action Group, in partnership with Loveland Fire Rescue Authority (LFRA), is offering two free slash drop-off days in April. The drop-off site is near the Larimer County Natural Resources Administration building at 1800 S. County Rd. 31. The days are Sunday, April 6 and Sunday, April 13, from 8 a.m. to Noon each day. New Evacuation Route if County Road 18E is Blocked...
Last year, the Pinewood Lake Wildfire Action Group asked the Larimer County Sheriff's Office (LCSO) if it was possible to investigate other possible evacuation routes for residents to use, in case we could not get out using County Road 18E. We are happy to share that an emergency evacuation route to the south has been approved. It is navigable by car or by a vehicle pulling a horse trailer, but ONLY if evacuees are directed there by the Sheriff's officers. This route crosses
