Local Precipitation Data via CoCoRaHS

 

What is CoCoRaHS?

 

The Community Collaborative Rain, Hail and Snow Network (CoCoRaHS) is a non-profit, community-based network of volunteers who measure and report daily precipitation using high-accuracy rain gauges. Because rainfall and snowfall can vary dramatically over short distances, CoCoRaHS provides hyper-local data used daily by meteorologists, water managers, and emergency services.
